Restaurant Operation Manager (Radisson Blu)

Job Context : To manage the operation of assigned restaurants by developing and implementing strategies and services which meet the needs of owners, employees and guests.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Work as per the guidance of the Asst. Director F&B and keep him appraised about all matters.
2. Coordinate, supervise and ensure smooth and efficient operation of the restaurants/ F&B outlets.
3. Advice, guide and lead the restaurant/ Outlet In-charges.
4. Enhance the standard of service.
5. Enhance the guest satisfaction and guest interaction.
6. Assist and coordinate with production in the preparation of menu that are most liked by the guests with high yield.
7. Ensure proper training of the service staffs.
8. Increase the revenue and profit of the restaurant/ Outlet.
9. Maintain guest data and communicate with them regularly.
10. Survey the competitors in order to work on the menu and pricing.
11. Ensure smooth coordination with Executive Sous Chef regarding menu preparation and food presentation.
12. Assist in the inventory control.
13. Contribute in the achievement of monthly/Yearly financial target of the restaurants/outlets.
14. Supervise proper operation and maintenance of the kitchen equipment, stores and wares.
15. Provides employees with coaching and counselling as needed to achieve performance objectives and reach their fullest potential
16. Communicates performance expectations and provides employees with on-going feedback
17. Monitor and report about food wastage and take necessary measures.
18. Able to collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers to ensure teamwork.
