Experience: At least 2 years, The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Spinning, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting.

Responsibilities & Context:
- Perform day to day accounts activities and maintain all daily accounting record.
- Must ensure on time preparation & submission of actual receipt and payment statement to superior.
- Summarizing current financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statements and other reports.
- Maintain accounting software and accounts-related documents such as Cheque register, Stock register, Salary, Fixed assets register, Advance register, Bank Reconciliation etc.
- Responsible for day to day company financial and accounts operations
- Maintain and file all invoices and other applicable supporting documentation.
- Keep up to date all accounting entry in software.
- Knowledge on process costing with variance analysis, income tax, budget etc.
- Can use accounting software like tally/ ERP-9/Xero/Quick books .
- Maintain cashbook and ledger.
- To maintain petty cash and keep up to date records. Maintain debit and credit vouchers.
- Preparing, generating and managing monthly quarterly, half yearly and yearly finance & accounts reports.
- Vat & Tax related activities with return submission experience.
- Any other task assigned by the management.
